My journey began as a web developer in a traditional internet agency. Driven by my interest in project management and technology, I opted for further training as a computer scientist FA in the area of Project Services. This training paved the way for a position as an Avaloq Consultant (parameterization) in the IT banking sector, where I could utilize the combination of technical know-how and project management to successfully steer complex projects.
In 2015, I felt that the online aspect was missing in my previous activity in IT banking (Avaloq Application Management). This feeling led to a decisive turn in my professional career: I decided to switch to the eCommerce sector. Since then, I have been intensively dealing with all facets of eCommerce, with a special focus on our own projects. Particularly, my skills in process automation have played a key role and have proven to be a valuable tool in this exciting new phase of my professional career.
At the end of 2022, I began to delve intensively into artificial intelligence (AI). This focus on AI has allowed us to make significant progress in all business areas.

With the founding of ZUBAI, I realized my vision to support businesses in the areas of AI automation, web development, eCommerce, and MarTech strategies.
2015 to Present: Co-Founder and E-Commerce Growth Specialist – FitNFemale
As a co-founder of FitNFemale, the number 1 for women's dietary supplements in Switzerland and one of the top 10 brands in the DACH region, I was able to gain extensive knowledge in eCommerce. At FitNFemale, in addition to brand building, I focused heavily on B2C online retail in the DACH region. My responsibilities span the broad spectrum of eCommerce, including the development and implementation of MarTech strategies, the coordination and planning of system upgrades and conversions, as well as performance marketing and automation processes. I am also responsible for process automation and interfaces, including marketing automation systems, CRM, analytics tools, and content management systems.

In my role as a web project manager, I implemented and integrated CMS and portal systems into over 60 websites. I conducted customer training and created employee checklists to optimize work processes.

Nach meiner kaufmännischen Grundausbildung vertiefte ich mein Wissen mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich IT-Netzwerke. Das erlernte Fachwissen konnte ich anschliessend während meiner Praktika in den IT-Abteilungen der Firmen Ivoclar und Softcrew erfolgreich in die Praxis umsetzen.
